In May May, Ensa, the mother of one, said there was racist motivation to prosecute her father.
“My father was publicly lynched in the media,” she said, adding that the charges against him were “terrifying.”
Mr Cosby, eighty, was charged with drug and sexual assault by Andrea Constand in 2004. His lawyers claimed that sex was consensual.
Dozens of women say they attacked them, but the act of limiting the powers means that she was allowed to be tried only for Mrs Constand’s accusation.
After the mistrial last year, the new exam will begin on April 2.
